This used to be my go to location. The other ones in town were always terrible service. It seems this one is joining the others in the terrible service category. I came at 1pm, so I expect the lunch rush. What I don’t expect is sitting in an 11 car line in the drive thru for 16 minutes before I leave to go inside (yes, 13 minutes and I still hadn’t even reached the drive thru lane) because the line didn’t move an inch. Basically, one car would proceed to the window, and the next car would wait at the speaker for at least 5 minutes before anyone would take an order. It was excruciating. So I went inside. Lol they have added two self ordering computers in the lobby. So no one at the counter takes your order anymore. It was great to stand behind some elderly people who could not operate the system for 6 minutes until an employee had to come help them. Very efficient new system. Real time saver.

Everyone who’s been in this town for at least a year know that this taco bell will forget at least one of your items. Somehow my experience has always had it be the most expensive item. Unless it is the only option, eat somewhere else.

Kimberly who was working may 28th at 1 am was amazing! She had impeccable customer service and made ordering a breeze. Our entire experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone craving a late night cheesy snack. Way to go Kimberly-and the ENTIRE team working tonight, you really went above and beyond!

The actual worst Taco Bell of all time. Poor quality, never has menu items, seems to close when ever they please, long waits, etc. Today I placed a mobile order for pick up. I come in about 20 minutes after I place the order and stand at an empty counter for 10 minutes before anyone even greets me. They tell me it’ll be a couple minutes (as if 30 minutes isn’t already enough time to make a simple t-bell order) and then it proceeds to take another 20 minutes before my food is out. From the time I placed my order to the time I got my food was 45-50 minutes. It’s well worth the extra 10 minute drive to go to the Taco Bell and college and get actual service. I don’t even know how this one is still open.

The night crew were awesome tonight and I’m pretty sure I made their night also it’s getting harder and harder to find good employees like this better give them a raise tacobell they busy their butt. I’ve been to multiple locations in the last month and they are lazy I mean bad they stop serving customers 2 hrs before close and turn away customers. Holy cats!!!! This place goes through managers and staff like they through tortillas. Im pretty easy going about food service and as far as taco bell is concerned , I realy don’t have high expectations. I will give almost any place multiple chances to earn my business. I should have stopped going to this location 6 years ago. At this point I have experienced terrible customer service, poor quality, long waits , wrong orders followed by more terrible customer service. I really can’t blame the staff. I know what it’s like to work for corporate/ private franchise like this. Food service is hard to say the least. It does require skill and training. Companies like this DO NOT pay enough to management or staff to retain them for any period of time. The people up at the top are absorbing all of the profits and even they don’t care about the customer. Eat better food . Go somwhere else. Vote with your dollars. Choose not to work for companies like this. Eat the rich!

The staff can never seem to make anything correctly even after waiting what feels like an eternity in line when there’s only two cars. You drive up and sit in front of the speaker meanwhile the staff is busy playing on their phones inside and not caring about doing their job, which explains why they consistently mess up every order. This place is trash, don’t even waste your time going here. I know I certainly won’t.

Took 1 bite and spit it out. NASTY!!!! They are unwilling to even say thank you to their customers At all their locations, not just this one. I must of woken them up from their nap for on how unfriendly they were. And FYI the food was very nasty. WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of money. The food would of been better out of the trash.
