I have been coming here since childhood and still really enjoy it from time to time. The “snacks” are a great value such as dark meat chicken snack or rib snack which come with a choice of fries or mashed potatoes and a can of soda. I think this might be a lunch only promotion I am not sure so please check on that first. I like their regular fries but have to heat them in oven or toaster to crisp them up again at home as they do get soggy in the take out container. Their regular fries are pretty basic so maybe I will try their seasoned version one of these days. Chicken is crispy and juicy. Ribs are great too. Service the last time I was there was friendly, fast, and correct.

I have been going to this place for years. The young lady that was taking my order wouldn’t let me finish before she started trying to finish my order. I know what I want to order, they have to learn how to listen. Then they put someone else on the phone to take the order without letting me know that this was a different person. So I had to begin all over, of course I got frustrated but then the girl started screaming at me. I normally spend about $100 a week at this place. I will NOT anymore though after this. They are very nasty and the chicken has been getting very salty. My daughter worked there about 23 years ago so I am very familiar with this place. I will for sure look for some place else because you can tell this place is going down. They have new managers and you can tell. They have NO people skills. I know they are young people but when you are running a business especially an eatery place you have to be patient. I will spend my money some place else. To give an update I went to the store to speak to the manager, a young girl came out saying she was the manager. She wasn’t as nasty however she kept saying, “Can I help you?” Without even listening to the complaint. She said I was the one being rude. I might have said it in a rude way but I NEVER raised my voice. I was aggrevated because I gave my order and then the other person switched me over to this person. When the next person came on she just said can I have your order after I gave my order 2 times already. As a manager if you come on a call you are suppose to identify yourself as being the manager and then proceed to ask, how can I help you? It’s apparent they don’t have managerial skills or any type of customer service etiquette. Again I wish them well but I will not be spending any money there and anyone that I know who was going there I will direct them to go some place else. So sad because you have these businesses in your neighborhood and you try to support and keep them afloat. I was warned before but I guess I had to see for myself.

Food is good enough for the price like their ribs are good the first few times(they’re a bit too fatty for me plus the sauce is a bit tangy in a weird way though not bad) but you can tell the waffle fries and chicken wings are frozen.

Where should I begin. This is one of my favorite places to go for amazing wings and ribs. The service is nice and friendly. Did I already say that the food is absolutely incredible. Every chance I get, the wings and ribs are a must have. O highly recommend Chicken Holiday in Baldwin NY. I tried a Chicken Holiday in NJ and I was shocked they were allowed to use the name. Of you haven’t already tried this place, trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Bri and Dee were absolutely helpful and professional. If you need any suggestion on what to eat they will help the food is freshly cooked and was reasonably priced compare to the other fast food chicken spots. The coleslaw could’ve been better but to eaches own!
