Pollo Regio’s nachos are full of flavor, and homemade chips, with fresh ingredients. The only place I’ll get my nachos from, their mesquite chicken is delicious as well, juicy and tender, get a side of beans, and you’ll get to savor every bit of seasoning it pairs with. . Give them a try, it won’t disappoint. Oh! And while you’re at it, give all their salsas a try.

Stopped by for a quick break and dinner while charging my car at the Supercharger in the same parking lot. It was a Sunday evening, so it wasn’t crowded. Walked in and staff behind the counter was very friendly and immediately greeted me. Only had about 30 minutes, so ordered a grilled chicken salad and tortilla soup since they would be ready quickly.

I have had the whole chicken meal twice and both times it was amazing .The sides taste home made too. I like the nice touch of the half onions fully cooked, the limes that come with the meal and generous amount of salsas that all taste great.

The restaurant was not clean. The salsa bar and chips needed to be refilled. 3 out of 4 of us got the grilled chicken and we each had multiple pieces of bone in our meals so we did not finish them. Definitely would not stop here again.
