I remember this place from when Karla’s mom ran it & now it is in the 3rd generation!!! So many wonderful memories go with the friendly service of good food at great prices. Absolutely amazing experience at Karla’s kitchen. Excellent staff and wonderful food. The server was very tentative and even the manager came out to ensure the experience and food was great. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice little hometown restaurant.

We dropped in on a rainy Saturday morning after camping in the nearby National Forest. They were busy and shuffling folks around to get them to fit. It is a nice, small cafe with good food and great service. They were having the same issue as everyone else with a shortage of staff but were doing an amazing job of making it work. Just a note: they are cash only so bring some green or use thier ATM ($2.50 service charge).

The real gem for this restaurant is the catering service! Kelly does an AMAZING job working with you to create the perfect menu for whatever you’re hosting. And they’ll deliver it! I had them cater my birthday party lunch and dinner; three dinners when my whole family was in town; and a large work lunch. All were excellent. The pricing is beyond reasonable and to not have to work of cooking or clean-up makes this magic. Some of my favorites were: lemon chicken, pulled pork, mac n cheese, salad with fruit and raspberry vinaigrette, corn bread with cinnamon whipped butter, fresh rolls with herb butter. Whatever your event, let Kelly (& Kevin) cater it!

Our waitress was the sweetest lady!! Very nice people, the food was okay, I wouldn’t go back for the hash browns, coffee or orange juice but the eggs and toast were good!!
