Reopened as of April 25th, 2023! We went on the second day as it was very busy! We were lucky to get a seet! They were very fast and efficient! Food tasted the same and it was very good! No buffet or salad bar, but it was good! They messed up my pizza, so I got another one for free! It’s completely understandable as it’s their first week of being open. They also gave us some free cup holders for opening week! We would come back. The prices were great and filled us with leftovers for tomorrow.

They were incredibly busy but still had us in and out within an hour. Pizza was great and just like I remember. The chicken pasta is not as good as it used to be. I did not get anything to dip my bread sticks in and there was old food stuck to both sets of our silverware.

The stuffed crust was terrible!. It was a tiny bit of pizza with huge crust and a tiny bit of cheese. A total waste of money. Our waiter was nice and it was clean though.

Excellent service. There are tons of topping for the pizza. The jalapeños were of a very high quality!! Definitely recommend visiting the pizza hut while it’s still new and the employees are on the ball! Dined-in, stuffed crust… way more cheese in the crust that I remember… the cups of extra dipping sauce became much smaller, and they charge u for them now. But it was worth every penny to visit the local pizza hut again, I think everyone has missed the place since covid. It was super busy, but we were seated right away and eating within 20 minutes of sitting down. All the specials and deals were removed from the menu, but they still have them, u just have to ask. When we walked in, not 1 minutes had passed and 3 servers had greeted us and let us know someone would be right with us as another was already cleaning out booth off, she even wiped the excess moisture off the table so we didn’t get wet forearms while it dried. Our waitress was very attentive and showed up perfectly timed to not become annoying.

Let me start by saying you could tell everyone was new. So, my review is a little sided. Most employees were pleasant. My order wasn’t put in correctly. Bread sticks were never put in until later. Pizza came out first, and our wings and bread sticks were out 15 to 20 minutes after the pizza. We were not given the option of just taking the bread sticks off the order. The food was good. The working flow of things definitely needs work. I did ask for a refund on the bread sticks and was given it. The manager never acknowledged me and her body language didn’t make her seem approachable. We’ll try again, maybe in 6 months

It was a long wait but only because other people wanted to complain about their food and then when it got fixed they didn’t want it. If you order for pick up their is going to be a wait because everyone wants to do that. The workers are very nice and try their best, I suggest to dine in or order before school gets out or early when they first open on weekend And just reheat at home. The price is a little high but worth the wait for the food.

Got a large Pizza with 3 and 1/2 toppings they made the pizza with the crust way to big took up most of the pie and still looks a lot smaller than it use to. Been a while since ordering from that store and I won’t order pizza again yuck ….. wings are good but very costly 6 for 12.95 over 2 bucks a wing piece wt!@

If I could give zero stars I would. The food was so undercooked it was just past dough. It was 45min past when they said it would be done. No one working there had any idea what was going on, and they had the dining room closed… I’m guessing because they were not staffed to service it…on a Friday night. Which is ridiculous. By far the worst Pizza Hut experience we’ve ever had. We won’t be back.

So happy Pizza Hut is open again in Olean, NY. Ordered on the app and when we arrived a very friendly manager brought our food out to our car. Very friendly staff. Food was hot and delicious!
