I review ALOT of local restaurants, with that said it’s not the worst one but I don’t think I’d order from here again. We walked into an empty restaurant to a not so cheerful on counter, who was on their phone. I ordered the cheeseburger with garlic fries. The fries tasted nothing like garlic and there was alot of salt. They were soggy an not crisp. We were told 20 mins an it’s a 7 min drive so…. The burger was AWESOME!! Smoked Gouda cheese tasted great an the burger was far from dry an the bun was great. The fried pickle was good too an crunchy. The Mac salad was ok… But I wouldn’t order it again. My fiance got the Ruben sandwich. He said it was good but salty. His fries were the same. He also kinda liked the mac salad but we agree we wouldn’t order again. The owner I think came out to greet us an she was very pleasant an smiles (I think threw the mask). It wasn’t the worst meal I’ve had but we both agree we probably wouldn’t come back. The portion size is great the price was 30$ for all, a lil over what I was thinking but it is LG an the burger an Ruben sandwich were on point. 5/10.

Absolutely AMAZING food!! What a refreshing taste! All the food tastes home made. None of the dishes anyone in our party had that blah run- of the mill taste that we get everywhere we go! Reasonably priced food and alcohol. Very friendly staff. We will absolutely be back! The picture is a view from our table!

The family and I went here today out of curiosity, since we see hardly anyone there at all every time we visit the area. we walked in and were seated almost immediately, which is to be expected when the restaurant is slow or dead so nothing crazy there. the interior of the place was very pretty as far as casual dining goes, with an excellent view of the creek that leads into Lake George, pretty sure the bar was brand new too. The food was absolutely spectacular, every little thing that I tried of the family’s place was amazing and cooked perfectly, even the English Muffins are house made! Now I decided to be the black sheep today and order lunch, so I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with their garlic fries and I was absolutely floored with how good everything was. The chicken was cooked beautifully, the breading was absolutely delicious, and the garlic fries are to die for, and also the produce was very fresh. 15/10 would recommend eating here at least once on your trip here, we will definitely be back here next time we’re back in the area.

Like a lot of other people the Silo was our go to breakfast spot. After finding out it was closed the day we wanted to go, it was time to see what other options we had. Decided on this place, particularly because of the outstanding reviews. And I have to say this place was outstanding!! Everyone was very friendly and genuine. The food was absolutely delicious, I can’t say that enough. It was way better than I expected quality wise, with generous portions. On top of that cheaper than a lot of the other places. Again, don’t hesitate you’ll be happy you went. We now have a new go to spot.
