A huge rush at 4:45pm when we came through, so it took just a bit for our food. It was really good still. Not all the same options as most Long John Silvers (they didn’t have the seasonal fish tacos or dollar deals), but the meal was good. 0h, no signature crunchy things in the bottom of the meal… but what do you do with those anyway.

Me and my family were just on our way to a drive inn theater and had decided to stop by for a bite to eat. We went through the drive thru and we were told to order whenever we were ready. Once we started ordering the lady said she couldn’t hear a word we were saying. We asked if she wanted us to pull up to the window instead and she said “no I want you to wait until I’m done with the people up here!” In a loud and demeaning manner. We went in instead and the same lady proceeded to act even more rude and yelled at us and called us ignorant when we were nothing but patient with the. The manager was then called up and seemed to have been on something as he appeared to be out of it. We were then kicked out of the building as rather than speak to us about the situation he took the workers side without question. This was a very rude and upsetting event and was very poorly handled as the staff of this location seem to not care about customer satisfaction. As a fast food employee I know that had this happened and I or my coworkers cad treated a customer as we had just been treated then we would have been fired on the spot. We will never be going here again and I advise that people would try to avoid this place as they seem to be very rude and hostile towards people just looking for a bite to eat

It took almost 5 minutes for someone to help us in the drive thru and when they did they were EXTREMELY rude. They even were rude when we asked for a drink carrier at the window. I know staff is short right now but we also run restaurants and would fire someone for treating customers like that. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, why are the employees not gloved during a pandemic? She just wiped her nose with her hand.

Dive. Gal ahead of us had a complaint and manager wouldn’t even speak to her after he was called out. Thermostat was set on 80 degrees… Hotter than hell in there. We got 4 meals to go and we’re missing items. My daughters chicken strips were either old or spoiled and the potatoes wedges had been reheated more than once… Hard as cardboard. Not very clean and just poorly managed. Don’t look for it to stay open of business continues like that.

Midafternoon and the dining area still had not been cleaned. The area for sauces and silverware had multiple empty spots and the staff was pretty much just standing around. My potato wedges looked like they had been cooked for a 2nd time before they were served to me. I won’t be back.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The person at the counter didn’t great me instead just stood there and stated at me, she was clearly under the influence and totally messed up my order. Food was awful wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you want to end up with hepatitis or worse in a body bag

Horrible place. Dirty floors, one of the workers spilt a little bit of gravy and said gdamn it. Not necessary in a business. Don’t take coupons there the owner would rather you leave than give you a free sofa when you spend $19.00. Male cashier had horrible people skills. And he didn’t know how to complete transactions..

Its funny Long John Silvers gets better ratings than KFC. Its the same place I don’t get understand. Never really liked LJS because of the menu not the quality . But both are working together so the rating is the same right?. But because of KFC there’s a profit and this place is always busy.
