We were in Pierz for a car show yesterday with the family and needed to grab supper. All the bars in town had a lengthy wait and we found ourselves in Pat’s and the place was pretty empty. That should have been our first sign. We walked in and it was stinky and dirty. So dirty! My husband went to the bar and grabbed drinks for us and the kids. We sat at our table for about 15 minutes before someone came over and asked, “do you need anything.” I asked for menus. She did not look like she was pleased to be there or enjoying her job. She came and took our order and about 20 minutes later we got our food. Pretty standard for time. We got our food but hadn’t been asked if we needed anything else (drinks etc.). I sat waiting for someone to come by for 13 minutes before I finally decided we would just eat and go. My husband got the blue cheese cheeseburger that is in the first picture. It was supposed to have chunks of blue cheese (there weren’t any of those) and a blue cheese dressing. He had to scrap off whatever dressing was on there and slather it in ketchup as it was well done (he wasn’t asked how he wanted it). My daughter got the chicken mushroom sandwich. Mushrooms were good but the chicken was overcooked and tough to bite into. I had the walleye sandwich, and it was actually pretty tasty. Thats the only reason I gave a 2 star for food. Kids were tired and hungry, so we just decided to eat it and not send all the food back. My daughter had to hunt someone down for boxes and the check as we were never checked on during the meal. My husband did speak to someone when it was time to pay the bill and leave. They were nice enough to take two of our meals off, but we won’t be returning. Super disappointing experience for our family.

Not sure why the reviews are so good but I don’t agree. When we walked in the door, I was overcome by the stale dirty smell. The carpet was hideous and filthy. Chicken fingers dry as dust and way over cooked. Burger no flavor and $10.50 for a mush burger. Service was -10. I ordered a coke, had to ask for a glass. I also had to ask for silverware. I never post such negative reviews but when we tried telling the owner how bad it was he threatened to call the cops. He was very rude and didn’t even offer to do anything about the food. They need Robert Ervine’s help but he would have gagged! Eat at your own risk but bring bail money!!!!!

OMG!! The burgers and fries were SOOO awesome!! The burger was huge and so tasty!! The waitress was awesome(young blonde, cute as a bug!!) I highly recommend, I was Leary to some miss leading reviews for other restaurants I had been following but all the reviews for this place are spot one!! Heading back to the cities but will be stopping back!!

Stopped in for Burger and Fries and Bloody Mary’s. The burgers are always sooo good and sour cream fries are delicious and crispy. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere here is laidback and casual. The food is really good. If you like your burger on the moister pink side then you can order it that way. I highly recommend this place.
