Great P.F. Chang’s. Our table was ready a few minutes before the reservation time. For apetizer We ordered Tempura Calamari. One of the best Calamaris I ever had. We ordered Mongolian Beef and Sesame Chicken and we were very satisfied. And for dessert they recommended the Banana Spring rolls with ice cream. Amazing. Our server Sean was very polite and attentive and and we appreciate their recommendations. 100% recommended

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s and had a great experience! We ordered the warm sake, which was amazing – definitely a must-try. The dynamite shrimp were well-cooked and delicious, and the tempura sushi roll was awesome – it had the perfect amount of crunchiness to it. The spring rolls were decent, but the real standout was the chicken pad Thai – it was flavorful and satisfying. The ambiance of the restaurant was very pleasant and added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends – great food, good service, and a wonderful atmosphere

We were in the Grandscape area on Wednesday afternoon and decided to stop by for an early dinner. We were one of just a few tables in the otherwise empty restaurant, so we were seated and greeted immediately by our server Tina. Our drink order was taken, and our appetizer (Chicken Lettuce Wraps) came out in just a few minutes. I also had the pomegranate lemonade, which was refreshing without being too tart. Our entrees included Mongolian Beef, and Honey Glazed Chicken, as well as a good portion of rice. Everything was hot and tasty, just as we’ve come to expect from PFC.

This was my first experience here and it was quite dismal. I had always wanted to try this restaurant, and this time I suggested to my friends we go here today – a grand mistake. From the time we entered to the time we got our food was a whopping hour and a half! It took 20 minutes to be seated, and another 15 minutes before anyone even asked us about our drinks. Even when we first entered the restaurant, the greeter looked up at us, and went back to what she was doing – no hello or anything regarding our seating or welcoming. After getting our drinks, we waited another 15 minutes before anyone asks us what we wanted to eat or who wanted an appetizer, which then took at least another 30 minutes to actually retrieve our food. Our immediate server was very nice, but we had another server, who I guess was helping him, who was very rude, impatient, and obviously irritated. Apparently, we were never given silverware or chopsticks, and he was frustrated that we never got this, and was very short with us whenever we were asking for things that we should have already had. I understand he was upset because perhaps someone else didn’t do their job, but I fail to see how that is our issue. When we finally did get our food, this was the greatest disappointment. We ordered the chang spicy chicken and fried rice. This entree with the rice cost about $24 and was incredibly greasy and wasn’t even hot! The chicken and the rice were both warm, and the rice was crunchy! This strongly indicates that the food was previously frozen, was not fresh, and the rice was not cooked correctly- perhaps even sitting out for an extended period of time. The flavor was nothing to brag about as well. I could have easily spent the same amount of money on this one entree at Panda express, and could have fed everyone to satisfaction and contentment for a better price and value. The restaurant decor was nice, and the restrooms were clean. Though none of this can satisfy the abysmal service and food experienced here. This all was very unfortunate, as me and my friend were anxious to try this restaurant. I think I’m quite generous with my restaurant reviews, but there was nothing saving what I experienced here. The only thing that saves this from being a one star, was our immediate server, who was very kind and attentive when giving me a refill of water. Otherwise, our other server, who was helping I guess, was irritated and very unwelcoming, as the rest of the restaurant was. If you are looking for a nice family experience of Chinese food or , you are better off trying Panda Express-you will get better service, better food, and greater value. Unless you want cheap quality, overpriced food, by all means give this place a try. I’ve had greater experiences with frozen Chinese TV dinners from Walmart.
