Harwigs is home to the only wine cellar in Steamboat and it does not disappoint! With multiple private rooms to choose from, it is great for both small and large parties. Family owned since 1979, with phenomenal customer service, excellent food, and the best sommelier in town.

We had Harwigs cater our wedding of 70 people at Perry Mansfield in Steamboat and I could not have asked for a more perfect restaurant to do so! Not only was the food absolutely incredible, the staff were all amazing, caring, and hardworking people. I also had a great experience working with the chef, JJ in the planning process. I highly recommend them for catering needs, or just a nice dinner out in Steamboat!

The food is very good and they have a cool wine cellar room available for private parties! The prices are high but Steamboat is a resort town so that’s to be expected. Hundreds of wines to choose from but only three beers and no salt or pepper on the table. All in all a very nice place to eat unless you want beer with your dinner.

Wonderful place for a special occasion or event! I had my wedding reception at Harwigs in June, 2022 and everything was flawless. The staff and owner made sure that everything ran smoothly and were so kind and courteous. The food is unique and delicious! I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend.

Very good food, very helpful and professional staff. Food was absolutely stellar, and the wine list is more like a book. Also a handful of specialty cocktails which were good! Blue cheese flavored one was wild. Duck was fantastic! Hope to come back next time we are in Steamboat!
