Philly steak and cheese, you will never find a better sandwich than this, Addictive! Must try this sandwich with their with their home made fries. One basket is enough to share, Fantastic! I will go back!

Roderick is an absolute genius at making these sandwiches. He greets me with a smile every time I walk in, and remembers his customers and make the service personable. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him running a store one day. Food is phenomenal, prices affordable, and I’m never left hungry. Thanks Roderick and Penn Station, you guys are great!

The staff was nice and it was clean but I paid almost 30 dollars for this and a cookie. I’m very disappointed in the amount of meat and cheese as I paid for extra

Online order with pickup time of 7:10. Well 7:35 came and went with no food. The customer service was about as bad as it could be. No one cared that I had waited 30 over the time scheduled for pickup. 4 workers and not one of them would speak. No a sorry it’s taking so long or thank you for being patient. They had the personality of a sloth. Long time till I go back

Penn Station has excellent French fries. They cook them as soon as you order them in peanut oil. Peanut oil is not greasy and brings out the golden, crunchy goodness of their fries. And don’t forget their lemonade, fresh and great as well. Sandwiches are created based on your order and preferences. Great places

This 1-star reflects service/personal interaction. I would give a couple more stars for flavor, albeit dripping in grease. I haven’t been here in a long time. I stopped in yesterday late afternoon and was absolutely the ONLY ONE in the store, no one else dining in, or in line. I looked over the the menu board, and decided on 2 cheesesteak sandwiches and fries for carry-out. A lady in short jorts was abrupt and discourteously blunt taking my order (tone similar to ordering a dog off the sofa) “You want peppers on that?” I replied, yes. (?..I thought they normally come with banana peppers since that’s what’s listed in the description, so that was confusing).

Woman at the counter was rude…acted like she wasn’t in customer service. After she took our order, continued to complain about the hours, how late she had to stay..etc.

This place doesn’t care. Called 4 times to place carry out order. Went in and had to wait a couple minutes while two employees were talking to each other. Finally when one approached me, she asked “what do you want”, like I was bothering her. I left and will never bother to go to Penn Station again.

I ordered food for my staff and when we got it back to our office, we notice we weren’t given all of our food. We were shorted 4 fries. I paid $3.19 each totaling $12.76. I have now called this location 4 times and no one answers the phone.
