Really wanted this place to be good Cuban food since its very close to our home, but it was just ok. We likely will not return. The Pollo Empanizado was good but the rice was just so-so, the congri was very dry, the pork was mostly fat, the tostones were not tostones I dont know what they were, and the beans were old. The yuca frita was ok, crispy outside but they were to big around and very mushy inside, and the side of dipping sauce with it was cold and terrible (all butter flavor). They also served us some weird cold nacho chips with a horrible.processed cheese sauce over top. We didn’t order this, our waitress just brought it out as an appetizer of some sort which we could have done without. Anyway, we were very disappointed. I did give feedback to our very soft spoken waitress…who we could barely hear the whole time…so they could try to improve. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get and the onbiance was good. However, we were the only ones in the restaurant at 9pm on a Saturday evening, that probably said it all before we even walked in the door but we still gave it a shot. We will go somewhere else next time.

Service was lackluster, if you don’t ask for anything there is no service. Food had no flavor, tostadas with unsalted butter, cafe con leche served without the tostada and extremely sweet. No condiments on the table and when asked, they would bring it appx 2 oz in and 8 oz cup.

worst customer service i have experienced in a while. Order came with no beans for any of the meals and a whole steak meal missing. when I contacted the restaurant there is not one person that can communicate with me since no one speaks english. How do you operate a business where a customer can’t get the food that’s paid for since there’s not a single person in the establishment that can communicate in english. unbelievable now i’m stuck with paying for food that i didn’t get food is below par as well never ordering here again. trash place trash food trash service
