I hate leaving bad reviews , besides the pizza being cold which I can live with it was bad weather, the pizzas I ordered they put the all the toppings I wanted off on them and couldn’t even cut the brownies, this is why pizza hut is failing and it’s a shame I love pizza hut , there was supposed to be no hamburger, sausage , ham only pepperoni , which my receipt clearly shows

Ordered and got the notification that it would be delivered at 4:57pm. 6pm and still no pizza. Called and they kept hanging up on me. When they finally decided to talk to me, they hadn’t even made the pizza yet. Then hung up on me again. Called and told them to cancel it, they said ok and hung up on me again.

The pizza was delivered promptly and the driver was polite and friendly. The pizza was burnt, dry, and not edible. The pasta was also extremely dry. The only thing that was good were the boneless chicken wings and the breadsticks. I called and spoke with the manager who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Not only did she refund our order, but also gave us a credit to use in the future. Had it not been for the driver and the manager I would have left one star. Their customer service is undoubtedly 5 stars!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS VERY GHETTO PICKED UP EVERY CALL AND HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES FINALLY ANSWERED PUT ME ON HOLD TO TALK TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! MANAGER GOT ON THE PHONE IRRITATED TOLD ME BASICALLY SHE COULDNT HELP ME AND PUT ME ON A SILENT HOLD FOR 19 MINUTES AND HUNG UP. ORDERED MY PIZZA AT 8:23pm ETA WAS 8:45PM ITS 9:11PM NOT ETA CALLED TO CANCEL AND GOT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PIZZA STILL ARRIVED AT 9:47pm REFUSED THE PIZZA AND HE PUT IT AS DELIVERED! NEVER AGAIN

We saw the bad reviews and thought oh well, it’s pizza, how bad could it be? Ordered anyway. The crust was literally raw. And super thin too, not like it was really thick and just didn’t cook all the way through. Pizza fell apart and was squishy, greasy, and uncooked. Absolutely disgusting. Pizza Hut: here is a branch that is 100% failing. Fix it!!!!!

It was open at night time maybe 1 or 2 clients, so is very calm if you want to dine in,they were very quick with my order and the service was pretty good. The establishment was clean, the tables too. Overall every thing was right.

I went for the new NY style pizza Pepperoni Mushroom and cheese breadsticks with 2 marinara cups and 1 cheese cup. The pizza was wrong pepperoni and jalapeño. The cheese sticks were burnt and one one dipping sauce. They told me 10mins for a new one. They then come out and tell me they have no more NY style. I waited almost 20mins and they never brought out the pizza. I called a neighboring Pizza Hut and drove there and within 10mins (including drive time) I got my pizza and all was correct. Never will I go back to this location again. 10st Pizza Hut always gets it right.
