This place mellowed out since the lockdowns. Used to pretty bustling and bossy little corner of the shopping area, now it’s pretty sociably manageable. The service was quick and softspoken, and the food was pretty fresh and delicious.

Just okay, 1st time here and it was so so. Burger was small flat and very unimpressive. Flavor was actually decent despite the patty and cheese being a bit on the burnt side. The service was lackluster and tables dirty. Doubt I will return. Value for price just isn’t there. Burger looked on par with something you would get from McDonald’s.

Had no ice cream, fine. I’ll still get dinner. I order an avocado burger with fries, Brussel spouts and smash fries and a drink. $26. Fine. My burger is stacked, but that’s it… I can’t believe all my “sides” are small sized. And the manager was in the kitchen, make it make sense. It wasn’t even 7pm and no one else was in the store. This was sad. I should have walked out when I remembered I wanted to go to in and out mid order.

After I ordered my burger, the cook yelled out “20 to 25 minutes” This was directly after I paid. I asked the cashier if he knew about the long wait and he did not. Communication is very important in business and, the lack there of, is unprofessional in my opinion.

Arrived at 9:40pm on a Saturday night and chairs were all up on the tables and all they said was their closed. Went to Chipotle across from the store and their was a family eating their Smash Burger there. Not sure if it was just some kids wanting to call it a night or what but pretty frustrating I couldn’t get an order in.

I love how they will substitute a black bean burger for a meat patty on any burger and they offer gluten free buns! The side of Brussel sprouts is another healthy option to top of a great gourmet veggie burger and the meat options are great . This is a great place for vegetarians to go out to eat a satisfying tasty meal with meat eating friends and have a great time. Staff is always very friendly and nice.

Everything tomato on our burgers had the stems. I expect better for a $10 burgers. If you wouldn’t eat it don’t put it on someone else’s food. Then don’t get a attitude that the person who received inferior product for thier money is displeased!
