My online order was confirmed at 11:51am. At 12:45pm I had not gotten my order so I called to check in. I spoke to someone and they said it was out for delivery, but I didn’t get my name or order number and I was calling from my office phone so its not even the same contact information. I called again at 1:10pm and the employee that answered the phone said, “yeah we only have 1 driver right now.” I expressed that someone told me that delivery was out but never asked order information. He looked it up, said he didn’t see it in the store but another driver just picked up 10 orders and it would be there shortly. I called the store at 1:35pm and spoke with Andre (said he was the manager but I have my doubts) and he was completely disrespectful. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and never have I had someone be so rude. I asked him for a refund and he said he would credit my Jimmy Johns account and that was the only way to rectify it. At 1:55 the delivery driver comes in and I told him it can go back to the store.

Had a coworker grab my sandwich for me. They totally messed up my order. How does an unwich end up with bread?!? Told me I could come pick up a new one because they can’t deliver it. It’s a mistake they made so they should deliver it. Plus its not even the right sandwich. What a freakin disappointment.
