I placed and order on the App. App/Web page stated my order was prepared at 7:03PM and would be ready between 7:26PM and 7:36PM. I arrived to pick up my order at 7:34PM. I was told my order was way down the list and not even prepared yet. The employee who assisted me stated that the telephone and web orders were done through a central hub possibly in the Philippines and regularly state or post the inaccurate times. What is the use of ordering online and being given a time only to find out the time your order will be ready is more than 30 to 40 minutes off? My order was over an hour from when it was stated to have been prepared. The employee who assisted me moved my order up the list but what about all the other customers that will arrive or be waiting for an order that is misquoted?

What a great team and speedy service despite the promotion period! Unlike the woke Pizzs Hut, which charges a ridiculous “service/operation fee” even for a pick-up, Domino’s is a model business!!!! Screw PizzaHut!

Good variety to choose from & the choices I have tried has made come back for the same or to try something new. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Wow I can’t believe this.. ordered online. Got here at the correct time. Told him I was here. They located my order several times. I waited an extra 10 minutes after my pick up time. My pizza was not made. They just now told me after I waited 10 minutes in the store. That my pizza was not made and they will make me one now. Worst domino’s ever! The staff is very unorganized.

I usually order online and no major problems so far, but today I received the worse service ever. First, it took forever to have my order delivered. More than 30 min to stat being prepared and something similar in quality check. Second, the person delivering didnt follow directions. She didnt ring the bell. Fortunately we were tracking the order often due to the huge delay. Finally, from 4 items, one arrived wrong. I ordered bread with cheese, bacon with NO jalapeno and I receive it with jalapeno, so I couldnt eat it.
