First time visit! Breakfast was great! I got the pancake combo which was 2 pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream, 2 pieces of bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs and a glass of orange juice. Will be back!!

Quiet little IHOP compared to the others I’ve been too. Food was not as good as the others. Portions were smaller, and food seamed “cheap”. Disappointed with this location. The staff are friendly.

The food was standard for the franchise but service was awful!!! We went in as a family of four at 1:15pm, seated by the hostess and weren’t even acknowledged by a server until my husband flagged someone down at 1:27pm. When we asked if we could get water for the table and order, the guy said, “sure, let me get your server.” When we looked at him, all frustrated and quite frankly, famished, his response was: “I’ll just take your order…I don’t care.” He got a drink order of two coffees an apple juice and an orange juice wrong, and brought two apple juices for the kids. We didn’t even bother to ask him to fix it. The coffee was burned as well. The restaurant was at about 50% capacity, and there were four servers, none of whom seemed particularly occupied. To top it all off, there was a hair in our crepes. While the server apologized and replaced them, the whole experience was subpar. Not planning to return!

Went for dinner yesterday (8/13/2023) So many tables needed to be bused. Restaurant was pretty empty, yet the host sat us in a filthy booth with a huge tear in the seats. The tear was about a foot long, as were many other booths. We moved to a booth that was not in as bad shape. Opened the menu and the pages stuck together. Seeing all this uncleanliness out front, I could only imagine what I didnt see in the kitchen. I got up and left. I have eaten in many dives, but this IHOP was absolutely disgusting. Clean the tables, clean the menus, clean the floor and fix the many torn booth seats

Today we went to celebrate my birthday. I wanted to have a special day with my daughters. They put us at a table that we were waiting for about 20 minutes at the intermission time I asked the lady if someone would come to take my order, she simply did not answer anything. When 20 minutes passed and seeing that the restaurant was not busy, the waiters were unoccupied and even so they did not come, we decided to leave. I approached him a second time to let him know that we were leaving because no one served us, the girls were hungry and uncomfortable, I hope improve your service since it is a restaurant that has excellent food.

I had the best dining out experience that I have had in years ! Alicia is a great asset to her company and took me through a time portal to a long ago period where service was based on pride and it was an uplifting experience. Her attentive nature left me wanting for nothing which did not arrouse any negative feelings from me . Even though I dined alone , I was not alone nor lonely .Her easy nature made my day so I felt inclined to go the extra mile and tell her Manager as well as the world of the blessing that awaits them at Mohegan Lake, NY HOP ! Feeling Grateful !

It’s an ihop. If you’re expecting 5 star service, you’re in the wrong place. The food is delicious for its price point. The service is exactly how much the waiting staff is paid (so do tip nicely to them). And the atmosphere is maybe one step higher than a casual diner. All these considered my experience was 5 stars for being exactly what I expected when I set realistic expectations for an ihop. The food is the reason why I eat here. Delicious breakfast all day, every day. Thank you.
