I go to the Danville Taco Bell pretty regularly, but today will unfortunately be my last visit. The service is usually only okay, not great, but today was the final straw. When I went through the drive thru, there was only one other customer in front of me, and no one behind me. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and cheesy gordita crunch with a large drink, which the order part went smoothly. Now, when I got up to the window is when the issues started. I paid for my food, received my drink, and then waited. There were two people just standing at the drive thru window, neither of them spoke to me but they kept the window open so I could hear the conversation inside. They kept complaining about the drive thru time and how it was taking too long. One of the drive thru workers even said he “bumped” my order to avoid the time issue and it still took over 5 minutes. Once they did get my order, without apologizing or saying anything, he shoved the bag in my face and said “have a good day.” I’ve worked in food service so I know it can be stressful, especially on a time crunch. But I didn’t deserve the treatment I received and then to top it off my food was messed up when I received it (picture included). Taco Bell is my favorite fast food joint, but maybe it’s time to find something else.

We ordered a party pack have soft taco and have hard taco the hard taco shells were all broken and I was not happy about that and they reply was that “they’re all like that” so if you want hard tacos you’ll probably have to go to a real Mexican restaurant.

Every single time we go here this place messes up the order. Every time. This last time they didn’t have my chicken chalupa in the bag. Make sure to double check your bag before you pull off since these kids can’t seem to read a simple list right in front of their face.

We were passing though and since we had a gift card, decided to stop at Taco Bell. We went through the drive thru and were greeted by the kindest, sweetest woman we have encountered in customer service in a long time. My husband commented that she must by new and not worn down by the industry. When we got to the window, it seemed by her interactions with the other staff that she was not new, but rather quite possibly a manager. Again, she was joyful and very kind to us at the window. She tried multiple registers to get our gift card to work, but with an error on their end, gave us our meal for free! Our entire order was correct, the food was hot and tasted great. We would 100% eat here again and recommend it to others.

I was disappointed with the haphazardly way they put the tacos together. The ingredients were not spread throughout the length of the tacos and they ignored my request for no tomatoes again. Also, I had to go back to get the sauces that I ordered with the party pack.
