Normally, I have had great experiences at this burger place. Today was quite different. There credit card machine wasn’t working, which is nothing major and something that happens with internet sometimes. My major issue was with the food. My fries were cold and not fully cooked and the burger was not quality taste like it use to be. They always tasted fresh and homemade. This one tasted like a processed burger from a fast food restaurant. Normally, I would just personally handle this by calling them, but when I called, they didn’t seem to concerned about it, nor did they apologize, which goes a long way for customer service. I won’t be going back. I try to support the locally owned businesses, but this one has lost my vote.

I love the burgers here. The burger baskets are way cheaper than the chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwich meals will cost 25 and change for 3. The family burger meal is your best bet but has 4 meals in it. So, I guess somebodies getting an extra or eat it the next day as left overs. Overall I love this place.

Haven’t gotten full off of a burger, burger only in a really long time. The Sammy Special is absolutely wonderful. It’s a double meat double cheese jalapeno burger. If you’ve got a big appetite then its definitely for you and the prices are super reasonable. Special is only $5.49.

The food is excellent and the service is great! The young cashier who I shall not name *cough* Amy *cough* called my burger basic. Not sure if she meant it in a good or bad way, but the burger was amazing. 10 out of 5 stars.
