Officially done with them now after Sunday nights pizza fiasco. Order a white pizza . What I got was a regular pizza with a small dollop of ricotta on top . The smallest large pizza I’ve seen and they charged me $35 ( significantly higher than the $22 online price) It was cold and tasteless. Have dined in and the eggplant is like rubber and the fettuccini Alfredo had absolutely no Parmesan flavor .

Can’t go wrong with DiPalmas. One of the best pizzerias in Southbury. We ordered the My Pie and it was delicious. Their chicken rolls are also highly recommended. They also offer pickup and delivery. Good amount of seating inside as well.

The food was good but not the service. Our male waiter was clueless and did not bring us what we ordered. He said he had something on the menu for kids and then he brought something completely different. Said if the kids didn’t like it he would take it off the bill. One did not and he never came back to check on us he disappeared and never saw him. He never took it off the bill never saw him again we had to go upfront to pay for our check.

From the outside, it does not look appealing, but once you are inside, you will find yourself in a small establishment that is nicely furnished with some nice decor. The service is slow as it seemed the person attending filled many roles. Yet the Cheese ravioli with shrimp that I ordered more than made up for it. The sauce with white wine was to die for! Plus the early 80’s pop music playing ( not live ) made the wait time a bit more manageable.

This was a very great experience! Me and my fianceé truly enjoyed our experience at DiPalma’s. We got the dinner for 2 special, which is such a great deal. It’s perfect for a couple. The entree and pasta menu is open to you, along with a soup or salad, AND–get this–a bottle of wine It was such a delight; we had a rosé. The service there was great, our waitress was very patient with our decision process; we took a lil bit. I had the chicken piccata. It was very good! It’s came with a perfectly sized side bowl of pasta with sauce. The sauce was sweet, and the perfect compliment to the dish. My fianceé had penee with olive oil, chicken, and broccoli. This was a great size for her. She had half and took the rest home with her. She really liked this dish! She said it was light, and I tried it and the chicken had an extremely good flavor. Powerful! Afterwards, we decided on buying a dessert. We ended up getting the chocolate lava cake. This was the only shortcoming. The ice cream was a lil frozen; it was too “icey”. It was quite hard as well. I imagine it was because of coronavirus (we went in September) that the ice cream could have been stored for a lil bit, which is understandable. The chocolate cake was delicious though! Very moist and not overly sweet or too rich. A lot of the time I have a hard time finishing this kind of dessert at other restaurants. I had no problem finishing it with my fianceé!

Not satisfied ordered 2 of the same meals 2 days apart and got charged 2 different prices my meal online cost 13.99 they charged me an extra $6 for chicken and $1.50 for mushrooms want be ordering form this establishment any more the up charge is ridiculous
