Burnt Croissant and terrible customer service. The line was 20 mins long and then received the wrong order. I understand your bottom line is important but hire more help and train your staff better. Won’t be returning to this Dunkin.

This Dunkin’ isn’t that great in all honesty. The couple of times I have gone here, the donuts were old and hard. The coffee tasted wrong too. Maybe it’s because it’s a small pop up in a gas station but if I was you, I’d go to different Dunkin’ Donuts in the area there are plenty close by.

horrible customer service. ignored my mom when they gave her the wrong order. they refused to look at the order placed on her phone let her stand there for 5+ min before she ultimately decided to leave. if any owner/ manager is reading this, you seriously need to communicate with your team or get a new one.

Food is regularly undercooked at this location and the drinks are hit or miss in accuracy. They were out of a syrup and instead of telling me, made my drink with a completely different flavor. I would rather know my options than it be chosen for me.

I ordered both sandwiches showed in the receipt and the drive thru cashier gave me attitude that I ordered the maple bacon and should have said the maple sugar bacon sandwich croissant instead. What did it say on the receipt??? Exactly, and she blamed it on the other guy Arturo did not do the sandwich. They closed the window but you can hear them speaking on their native language and laughing. Making it sound like I was the one who did not order right instead of her apologizing that she read the order receipt attached to Dunkin paper bag that I was right and she made a mistake but instead decided to argue with customer and blamed I made a mistake with my order. I gave this place a chance last time for my maple brown bacon sandwich croissant was burnt. But this concluded I won’t come back for this very poor customer service. It even said on their window to call how your service went… Time to call the corporate.

I first have to say their coconut milk refreshers are so amazingly good I never had coconut milk and it is delicious. My only complaint is I’ve had on two occasions within the last month one persons making or grabbing the food the others making a drink and there’s not communication on what’s been given to the customer so a lot of times I have to remind them that I’m still waiting for a coffee or a bagel or a doughnut they don’t seem to know who is giving what to the customer. Most of the time I can see the coffee already made just sitting there but they don’t know who it goes to

The two stars is for the service. It is usually good. The doughnuts—EVERY time I go here—are old. They are at least a day old because I can’t eat them the next day they are so hard and dry. I am trying to understand what time of day or what day of the week they are fresh. Anyone know of another dnut place in this area?

Always a problem when I come here. Lethargic and rude staff who are never willing to compromise. Can’t even be bothered to say “Hi!’or “Thank you!” Or “Have a good day!” I don’t eat bacon so I asked them to just not put bacon on my sandwich but I was told they can’t do that. Like ??? It’s easy, just put egg, cheese, and no fricken bacon! How difficult is this? Worst dunkin I’ve been to in my life. Need a change of staff badly
