The pizza is very good. The service kept it from being a 5 star review. We stood in the ordering section for about 5 minutes without acknowledgment while a worker was pressing pizza crusts and ignoring us. Walked to register thinking we were in wrong place. Nope. Walked back to be ignored some more. Eventually a very nice woman came over and took our order and made it. It was ready quickly. The prices are stupid reasonable for LA ($5.85 for a standard cheese pizza). Cool pizza boxes also.

I’ve gone to this location twice now the first time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they said that their online ordering wasn’t working and told me to get to the back of the line if I wanted to order even though my card had already been charged. I just went back to give them a second chance and when I ordered and asked for a side of olives the (what looked like manager) told me he wasn’t allowed to give out olives because there wasn’t a way to charge for them ??? This was after letting me know they were out of garlic for the garlic bread… I’m not understand the way this establishment is ran. I work across the street and come here on my lunch break and am continuously met with bad consumer service and rude employees. This place is not worth the waste of time energy and money.

I live this style to pizza place but this experience was a mess. We walked in and it was kinda busy (and got more so) however everyone was moving at a glacial pace. Like the dude would spread the sauce on each pizza for a minute. I appreciate the effort but dude….it’s busy. It was all 16 year old guys working there and they just didn’t care. It was painful to experience. Food was good though.. so there’s that.

I don’t know what happened this this location. The workers just blatantly don’t do their job, open hours after their posted hours, get online orders completely wrong. It just seems like everyone who works there doesn’t want to be there. This is even more apparent after they decided to close Mondays and Tuesdays and only have 6 operating hours the other days.
