After DoorDash messed up my order and left me and my family without dinner I called the restaurant direct to figure out what happened. Talking with Crimson she explained what happened and was very helpful. She retook my order and made me feel listened to as a customer. Needless to say she handled it perfectly, took care of the customer and got the tip the DoorDash would have. She deserves a raise… period it’s hard to find good employees like that.
