Fantastic service from Jade for our pre-order. We were attending the Pagel Reunion and ordered 2 buckets, for our dish to share! The KFC Chicken got eaten “Fast & Furious” before anything else! Today was the most terrible meal I have ordered I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal and got 2 pieces over cooked dried out chicken you couldn’t even eat. The biscuit was hard and well I was to get mac and cheese and got mash potatoes. They was not busy so it looked like they reheated the chicken instead of making fresh. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue there. If you call they claim they will send something in the mail it never happens. Somebody needs to manage this facility better. It was awful today

When I go to a fast food chain I tend to judge a lot on cleanliness. I would have to say that they had a pretty clean restaurant. It made me feel much better in the way the food was handled and prepared. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a KFC that clean.
