If someone in the place had half a brain they would run laps around anyone working there. I dont know why I keep going here but I want to walk out and not buy anything everytime. Its always a ten minute wait in line because someone can’t focus on their job or quit talking for 2 minutes to do a transaction. Then when you finally get up there they can’t even ring it up correctly. Its not just a few people its all the way up to management. Strongly advise you to try holiday up the road or maybe even the other caseys but this place is the worst

I have never seen a rude or inconsiderate employee stay employed here for very long. Most of the employees are very nice and friendly, and I enjoy our interactions while visiting the store. I am not a big fan of salads but I think the salads here are delicious. The cappuccino and hot chocolate is good. I often like to stop for lunch if I do not have a lunch because they have great-tasting, conveniently ready-to-eat options to choose from, and they have excellent pizza.

Called in to order 2 pizzas and when we arrived they mixed up the order form and missed our order… knowing that these kind of situations happen everyonce in a while, definitely a learning curve of frustrations to forgiveness. They were really generous in helping us out and getting us what we asked for.

(this is the second time). Ordered a pizza and was told it would be here in 30 minutes.. after waiting an hour I called and they gave me a very poor excuse on why it’s taking an hour to bring it 2 miles.. they told us it would be here in ANOTHER 25 min.. well after another hour and a half it finally showed up.. it showed up cold, and was ran thru the oven at least 2 times to keep it warm.. so it was like cold beef jerky pizza.. no where should it take 2 and a half hours to get one single topping pizza.. they didn’t offer a discount or any type of way to make up for it.. moral of the story,, if you want a pizza by 5, then order it at noon..if I could give zero stars I would

I placed an order for pizza delivery at 4:56pm. I recieved it at 6:49pm. That’s nearly two hours later. The ETA was 5:46pm per the app. When I called at that ETA they indicated it was just coming out of the oven, so WHY did it take that long?

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never showed up. I called for almost 20 minutes. And the guy that answered the phone who took my order played stupid and pulled the I’m new here card. Over an hour later and no pizza. Pathetic disappointment.

Great, friendly, smiling, talkative employees. I was gonna leave four stars but the deep dark red coloration of, and number of, hickeys on an unnamed employees neck deserved a star all its own! I mean vacuum cleaner/muffler burn injury. Hickeys? What was I thinking?

Tonight we decided to order a pizza online this evening for supper. After we placed the order there was a 40 miin wait, we were not in a hurry so it wasn’t a big deal. After waiting for about an hour I had called to see if there was an issue but they couldn’t give me a straight answer. In the end the pizza showed up 1hr 10min after we ordered it for a 40min delivery!! Not impressed!

Order your pizza from a different Casey’s. Everytime we order from this one it takes about a hr to get our pizza. This past time I called to see if our pizza was ready and they haven’t even started it and it had already been a hr. The “floor lead” was very rude on the phone. Do yourself a favor and get it from somewhere else.
