Living in today
Service was 5 star all the way. Atmosphere was 5 star all the way. BBQ sauce is homemade and 4 out of 5 stars. Taco salad was 5 stars. Hamburger and grilled cheese sandwich was a 5 star. The ribs was a let down for us. We got 4 ribs that were over cooked. They had a good smoke on them but I was unable to eat half of my ribs because the meat was so dry and over cooked. The pulled pork was also very dry. The brisket was good. It had great flavor, good smoke, and juicy. I am hoping that the ribs were overly dry because they were so thin. As for the pulled pork.

A perfectly mediocre restaurant. The food is just fine. Pork and brisket were both a little dry and lacking in flavor. Salt and sauce were sorely needed. If you find yourself in Camp Verde and need somthing other then tex-mex, try Flew the Coop it’s very good.

Babe’s Round up is the best little restaurant in Camp Verde. The chicken fried steak special on Wednesday is to die for!!!! The servers are sweet and they treat you like family. The cooks take pride in the food they dish up and the owner makes all the sides fresh everyday.

The staff here are great. Friendly and helpful staff makes the dining experience nice. Very good cowboy beans, but everything else was just mediocre. My friend and I ordered the dinner combo plate to share. Everything was ok but nothing stood out. I will say, the restaurant was very clean. Just a little disappointed because in my mind, these small town BBQ places should be the best. I know that might be unreasonable but there it is!

Food was ok not sure if it’s just cause the color of my skin but took forever to get seated , never got drinks order lady said she would wipe down the table but it’s ok to get seated , 2 people walk in and immediately had drinks was seated at a clean table, about 15 minutes went by no table was cleaned yet, no drinks ordered yet. A group walks in and sure enough lady wipes their table orders their drink when I finally got my drink 30 mins has gone by, ordered food was cold skimped out the meat for the amount we paid never got a refill I hardly leave bad reviews and not sure if I’ll give this place another try
