It wasn’t that bad actually. I don’t normally eat KFC, but the quality of the food here is really good. The customer service portion of my visit could use some improvement. I did get what I ordered in a reasonable timeframe. The restaurant was well maintained and tidy.

Ordered online and requested all thighs and drums, got to the restaurant and they told us that wasn’t an option. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but never got the gravy. Biscuits were tiny hard little pucks. Workers were rude when we asked how long it would be after 8 people were helped infront of us. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

I went their Thursday 2/23 ordered #8Pc meal with #2 Chicken Pot Pies. Arrived home no Pot Pies I wasn’t too happy about this. I had an urgent matter come up so I couldn’t address the issue. Just make sure your order is correct I tried calling numerous times but it’s really convenient for your call to be directed to the Answer Machine.

We had a great experience New Years Day at location 1953. The two gentlemen were polite and hard working both the counter and drive thru. There was third lady frying chicken !! Food was hot and fresh !! Only reason we weren’t able to give 5 stars was the cleanliness was ALOT to be desired !!
