I come here every morning for coffee. Great service great attitude. Only issue I have is that there is only 1 person behind the counter. She takes orders and makes the drinks. She needs someone with her to help her. Past 2 to 3 months I have noticed this happening more often. The lady who constantly opens needs help.

This store has always been my favorite location. And I go 3-5 times a week. But as of lately the store has gone downhill and downhill fast. I know they got new management and the lady very obviously doesn’t know what she is doing. I’ve watched her interactions with other employees and its ridiculous how she talks to them and about the other employees. Most of the staff is great, but if you walk in and see any middle aged, heavier set ladies working just turn around. Both of them are very difficult to get anything ordered and made right that you will have better luck at another coffee shop.

This is the closest Caribou to our house and we want to love it, but they can’t get our orders right to save their souls. It’s extremely disappointing. We have never had any issues with any other caribou except this one. Keeping our fingers crossed they can get some good management at some point.

Quiet little alcove in Lunds to enjoy your coffee. Coffee was great. Staff seemed a little quiet and apprehensive but could be because it was first thing in the morning. All in all a great place and would return again for more coffee… especially when I need groceries.
