( webster location) Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Lost my business for good. Will only go to the main location now. Alot of sub places do things different. But asking people what kind of bread and size should be first. And then ask the toppings and such. Someone who does not go into your location everyday does not know how your location does it. I will be making sure everyone I know knows about the rude young girl who ignores people when u ask questions and couldn’t be bothered to do her job. I have friends who have had subs made wrong from this location numerous times. Train your employees better or let them go if they don’t want to work.

My sub was delicious, the wedding soup was ok. My wife ordered the Delmonico steak. She got a shaved steak sandwich on very narrow bread. I asked what type of bread they had and was told one kind. We asked to have cut in quarters , nope in half. We used the menu on line. The prices are very different. If I knew I’d be paying over $39.00 for a shaved steak sandwich,a large cold cut sub and a bowl of mediocre soup I wouldn’t. At least never again.

This place was G.R.O.S.S. (in Webster NY). I just moved to the area so I am trying a lot of different restaurants, cafes…etc…that are well known. Rubinos is well known here, and it will be well known to me as gross. The lettuce on my sandwich was wilted, and some areas were black. OK. I took it off. The sandwich itself was good-sized, and I bit into it only to be disgusted. I ordered a side of their mac salad. The tub it was in should’ve been a warning, but I TRY to give the benefit of the doubt with everything. I took a bite of the overly done in mayonnaise mac salad and spit it right back out. No words can describe its mooshy taste. Yuck. I’m not sure I’ll give a different location a try. I spent $20 on a lunch I didn’t eat.

Best subs nxt to Philly hoagie in Western NY, best Italian lunch meats shredded lettuce onions just like in Philly and their pepperoni balls are to die for Frozen in a box awesome every single thing I’ve had there has been five star and they’re corned beef Reuben on a sub roll is the best I’ve had other than New York City Reuben, keep it up Rubino’s next I’m going to try your dinners as I am a widow alone and tired of buying Wegmans and Marie Callender’s dinners that don’t taste like homemade thank you and your service is fantastic as well
