The worst KFC /Long Johns Silvers in 22 states we have tried. This place is proving why lower wages means hiring the worst of the worst is all they can hire. No way will you order be correct no matter how many times you tell them how to correct it. They can’t even repeat orders back. No sauces of any kind. No straw, no napkins and the food is not even edible. Hopefully someone with a business background can buy and manage this location instead of just adding more mentally challenged people that can’t work.

The older lady taking orders at drive thru kept yelling at the rest of the crew the whole time we were there. It was incredibly rude and just down right unprofessional. Someone was playing music and honestly it was nice since the restaurant was just quiet and people in the back. She screamed at them 4 separate times about it. Then continued to yell about other stuff. Frankly even if she Is a manager she needs some kind of discipline for this. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. No wonder this one constantly has hiring/staffing issues.

This time it was horrible!!! Was told they don’t have sweet and sour sauce any more. My chicken was redipped in the grease, so was my boyfriend’s fish. Very disappointed this time. I think the manager at night needs better training as well as the entire night crew. Store #k071005 in nixa. They did give me fresh chicken, grease needs cleaned.

I ordered chicken…..not the best KFC I have had..a little over done. My husband ordered fish. The hush puppies tasted like they had been sitting in grease. It was very clean…and we had to listen to the constant scraping of chairs while they cleaned.
