I place a mobile order for a chai latte and munchkins at the drive thru. I arrived and waited 10 minutes for two cars in front of me and finally left the line to pick it up thinking it was gonna be a quick pickup. I go in and there’s only two people waiting for their food and mine still wasn’t made. I got my chai tea and she actually made a coffee instead which i can’t have but i was in a rush anyway so i didn’t have time to ask her for a new one. very disappointed

I have tried and tried to keep ordering from this location but my coffee is either wrong, stale, and the customer service is not great. It is a popular locations of the way is very very long. After waiting in the drive-through for about 20 minutes I pull up to the speaker and they said they didn’t receive the order I replace the order. I get to the window and they say they still haven’t received the order I should try the Dunkin’ Donuts down the road and tell them I say hello. Customer service would be helping to offer a solution other than inconveniencing the customer. Again I don’t love this location end I don’t trust what they put in the coffee-I ordered a decaf once and I wouldn’t be surprised if there was caffeine in it they are very lackadaisical both in the drive-through and walking in. Unfortunate since I live around the corner. I will rather drive 15 minutes out of the way for an improved experience.

I spent more than 15 mins for ordering one large ice tea with 2 liquid sugar. After put the order in the drive through, only a medium size was able to be offered. Then I was still charged a large size without liquid sugar. So I had to park my car aside and walked into the store TWO TIMES to ask the staff return my money and add sugar.

I ordered ahead on line because it it supposed to be quicker but we sat in the drive through line for almost 30 minutes with only three cars in front of us. When we received our food it was cold. Don’t recommend going here at 11:30-12:00.

always a long line, but they get it right. the kids running the drive-thru are always nice. sure missing bullie. started to order her usual egg wrap because, always. but no, she’s home with the boy this weekend, not riding shotgun with momma. hindsight is 20/20. so no bullie this trip, but great cold brew here at dunks in green harbor. there’s that.
