I ordered three cheesecake shakes and they failed to inform me that they were out of graham crackers which is an essential part of the shake that makes it so good. They just made the cheesecake with no crumbled Graham crackers to act as the crust in the shake.. do better I don’t complain about food often but this pissed me off.

I asked for extreme tots and the guy who took my order said “I know what it is but we don’t make that anymore” I should be able to ask for jalapeños onions and ranch on my chili cheese tots. So I am unable to ask for certain stuff on the food I PAY FOR?!. My footlong coney barely had cheese on it. Seems like some lazy people in this establishment. I know they all aren’t but jeez. Do better.
