I love using the app to pre-order & pay. All I have to do is mark that I’ve arrived (I like to go in to pick up my orders), I’m there for a few minutes, usually under 5 minutes and off I go with my order. They’re great about their level of order accuracy too, no issues on our part.

I requested a delivery to my address. I have done this many times before with no issues what so ever. Unfortunately today I never received my order. I called once to get an update and was told that the driver would give me a call back but she never did. 1 hour later I called again, and spoke to Rosa(I think she provided a fake name as she did not want to give me her name) She definitely has an accent though. Rosa, was to no help and actually very rude when assisting. She informed me there was nothing she could do and even insinuating that I was lying about receiving my order in the first place as the driver followed instructions to the T. Well, if she would have followed instructions to the T I would not be calling for my order. A man, at some point got on the phone where he was about to just send me the food again but Rosa stated that Lilly the driver did deliver it. They switch phones back and forth literally acting like they don’t know how to help an upset customer. The solution to the problem well I am currently out $17.00 dollar and tipped $5.00 for someone who didn’t even deliver my food.

I love chick-fil-a but boy oh boy can this location not get an order right. The last three times I have gone my order has been wrong. The first two times were through the drive thru ordering there and the last time was through the drive thru order on the app. First time I ordered a sandwich with just lettuce and pepper jack cheese. What I got was tomato, pepper jack cheese, and pickles. I lost my appetite and didn’t even eat my food. One of the nuggets also looked like it had a bite taken out of it. The second time they only got the cheese wrong, not the biggest deal but still annoying. The last time I ordered on the app so that they would hopeful make the food right. After checking the food I was pleasantly surprised that my food was correct but when I began to eat I noticed there were no sauces. I love chick-fil-a but it’s annoying to not be able to fully enjoy any meal from this location.

This may be the first time I’ve ever written a review. I’ve been going to Chick-fil-A since I was a kid growing up in GA going to the original Chick-fil-A location. I’ve never received penny pinching service like at this location. On the app you can order a maximum of 4 sauces when you order a large 12ct nugget meal with a large fry. At this location you pull up to the drive through window to find two of the wrong sauces in the bag. I asked for Polynesian sauce to replace what was given to me and ask for two additional sauces. I like to use a reasonable amount of sauce with my nuggets and fries. So I wanted the 4 sauces. I was told at the window they can only provide two with a 12 count meal and have to charge for any other sauces. I questioned it not only because I upgraded to a large but on the app you can select 4 sauces and it doesn’t charge you there. So why should I have to pay extra when I arrive to the window to get what I ordered. The what looked like supervisor or manager rolled her eyes and said to the guy trying to charge me just give him one extra but not the other. Umm okay… we’ll safe to say never going to this location again I’d rather drive 10minutes to a different one that actually gives decent service and gives you what you ordered instead of charging you more at the drive through window.

Great as always at any Chick-fil-A. Second visit to this location (1st time 2020) in Collin County as we have eaten at the other places. Came here to get the seasonal chicken tortilla soup along with grilled chicken sandwich etc. Food was served very quick before we even sat down. That’s fast. Most customers use the drive-thru for Sat lunch hour. Somewhat different layout that other locations, see photos. Plenty of parking so beware of the don’t park here signs just off the property on east and south directions. See sign.2020: Another great setup. A new location completed this year. We usually eat at one closer to home but drove here for the adventure of getting out of the house during Covid-19 virus crises. Very short time to take our drive-thru order as they had 3 people out on drive taking orders. It was ready very fast. Order was correct so we were well fed.
