Not the same as it once was! I used to really like Jets pizza but the last two times ordering it the dough was not fully cooked even when ordering a well done pizza. The quality of the products used seems sub par to the what they used to use. And they’ve axed menu items like the Jet Boats, BLT pizza and a few more. They’ve also raised prices while the quality has gone down hill. There are better options in Monroe I won’t be ordering again.

tonight was the 3rd time i have called this location to order a pizza. The same girl tells me they don’t have the ingredients, however when i order with anyone else they suddenly have ingredients. Tonight the girl hung up on me when i called back she answered and said So are you ready to be nice now? when i asked for the manager she said No, she told me to take care of you myself. These employees would rather be on a smoke break than taking orders. I’m glad you’re so busy that you don’t need customers!!!
