Absolutely done with this place. I’ve given it so many chances and they have failed each time. My fries are NEVER cooked through and I always order them ‘well done’. They hardly get my order correct and I’ve been shorted wings before. I understand there is a wing shortage but my order yesterday was just tragic. Wings the size of a damn lego! This place getting worst and worst . I order 50 wing and I get the wrong order (one meal) I was told I have to go to pick up the order if not they will refund me the money in 7 business. THIS IS CRAZY IAM IN WHEELCHAIR!!!!! I was told by Cristina the big boss is on vacation and I can’t help you more than that . Shame on you guys. You guys don’t reserve not even one start. It’s not worth the hype. I love spice, but the food was just hot, no flavor. The blue cheese dip helped a little but it was not worth it. The amount of excessive heat will mess up your stomach and give you heartburn. The quantity of food was great and so was the service, but I wouldn’t eat there again.

They tell you it’s gonna be 15 to 20 minutes for 25 wings literally waiting there 30 to 40 minutes. I asked for blue cheese they gave me no blue cheese. I found out when I got home…The fact that all they did was try to offer me store credit for the blue cheese is not enough you should bring it to my house who eats wings without dipping sauce. …This place is disorderly and unfair.

I ordered two sandwiches combo with cheese fries and lousiana fries, and the cheese fries did not come. I called and told me i could get store credit, but i haven’t received an email or anything? Also the other fries came out so salty. Im disappointed. Lost time, money and the reason to keep ordering here.
