Today, I ordered 2 pizzas and one order of boneless wings for 50 bucks. The pizzas were a mess. The wings had ABSOLITELY no sauce on them. Those were the most despicable wings I have ever had in my life. The pizza had toppings jumbled on 2 pieces while the rest was bare. I paid extra for toppings and whatnot. I have had issues in the past as well, and this is the last straw.

Stopped in, ordered the New York style pizza, bread sticks and a 2 liter of soda. Personally found it costly and probably could of saved money if ordered online. Pizza, customer service was great! However not advisable to just drop in and order because there is no menu displayed. (Menu is scannable code that you can be viewed on your phone) and the lobby decor doesn’t even feature photos of their product(s). Minor stuff as most use apps on their phones for everything nowadays.

Didn’t receive the pizza we ordered. Also there was no toppings, the pizza was extremely thin, soggy and when I called them to tell them what happened. They said that they wouldn’t do anything about it and that if we wanted another pizza. Then order another one. This location use to take pride in their service and quality. Me and my family loved this place. We are so disgusted now that we will never order anything from here and tell everyone about it.

I have not ordered from this location in months and now I know why. I places an order online because I was told that was the ONLY way to take advantage of the specials. I called back and spoke with a very nice man to give him instruction. When I order pizza from this location I ALWAYS get 2 1/2 scoops of extra sauce. He assured he put in the notes. I asked how long and he said 40 minutes. I waited almost an hour and when the pizza arrived. Not only late but also COLD and not what I ordered. The pizza did not have any sauce on it and 1/4 of the outside of the pizza was HARD crust. The breadsticks, also cold did not have any dipping sauce. I called back and could not get a live person. The only person I was able to get to was the call center which instructed me 3X that they could not transfer me to the location. My ONLY regret was I gave this location another shot which they failed. I wish Gina, the GM was there cause she always made sure my pizza order was correct. I want a FULL refund. This dinner was rude and not worth the $30 I spent. I could have driven and gotten a nice meal.

This place is trash. I ordered original crust, and this is clearly thin. When I called, the manager had the audacity to admit that they undercooked it, but would not fix the issue with a correct pizza or a refund. Disgusting, and a waste of money.

This is the second time in a row that i have a bad experience. The first time my pizza was very undercooked. I put it in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes and it was still non consumable. They gave me $20 off because i made a complaint. I ordered again and there was a hair in my pizza! I am done with this location do not order from this location.
