Well folks this was my first and last time eating at Chipotle, went there in hopes of getting a decent meal. 1st thing was the food prep area was a disaster looked like it had not been wiped clean in days, still hopeful so we ordered 2 burritos honestly it looked like the kid had never made one in his life they both were so loose they just feel apart, mind you we didn’t order bowls so no forks or anything to eat them with. But still hopeful, plenty of seats inside the restaurant and no wonder not 1 table was wiped clean it was worse than the food prep area. Threw everything away and walked out thankful not to have the worry of food poisoning! If College town with College food is what your looking for then this place will be your Huckleberry!!!

As a former chipotle employee in an urban area (much busier than boone) I’m not one to give harsh reviews, unless they’re needed. Got a bowl today during dinner rush (which i get is busy), but come on. Undercooked rice? Not only the base of the bowl but the rice is crunchy (raw rice can cause food poisoning). Out of 3 different protein options. Utensils all empty, trash everywhere and employees on the line sloppy and rude. Management needs to get it together, or find someone who can actually run the store. Numerous health code violations, and now i can’t eat my dinner that I paid for! 🙁

Horrible the staff made my food so soggy when I tried to get it out of the bag it had leaked within 60 seconds through the bowl and onto my clothes.When I had them remake it the boy gave me a Attitude when he was the one who made the fist order. They did not care at all!! Rude I will not be going here again! They completely ignored me when I walked in with my problem too! I may have to get these black bean stains dry cleaned…

My order was incorrect. I ordered 3 tacos, and chips with queso. I got the bowl of toppings; but don’t have any tacos. Very disappointing; when I pay for an order from an established restaurant. I expect everything to be in the to-go bag!

I just wanted to say that this chipotle location is my favorite why ?? Because of the fact that the food is always delicious and perfect every time ! BUT the two girls with the red/burgundy hair and the boy who are really helping at the front line are super nice and so pleasant to see when you come in!! Thank you thank you. YOU girls definitely make a difference in this location and also on this awful world full of rude people with no manners.. keep doing what you guys do because some of us people really appreciated you. Btw after all we ate the new burrito steak guajillo…. delicious
