Although I’m from The South I’ve lived and traveled extensively up north so I was happy to see Culver’s come to NWA. What makes them unique and worth a visit, to me, isn’t the burgers, but menu items like the Ruben, Fried Shrimp and of course Cheese Curds. The custard treats are great too. Malts, shakes and concretes come in a range of flavors and toppings. Service has been exceptional for a fast food restaurant. The employees seem well trained and are friendly, even seem to be enjoying themselves, quite rare in the fast food world. We even had a table visit from the owner on our most recent visit. I can only recall one other time being checked on by an owner at a fast food restaurant, kudos to him and his team.

It’s nice inside, the seating area is broken up with divider walls to help with privacy. I’ve only had a burger it was good, just a little on the dry side.

I’ve been here a couple times with my family so far and we’ve enjoyed our experience and food each time. They have delicious burgers and fries. You can tell everything was fresh. The milkshakes are amazing, they fill you up and prices are great. The staff is always friendly and great you on the way in. The place is always clean, which is a plus. We’ll be back for sure.

The drive thru, order was quick, hot and delicious. The cheese sauce was on point. The burger was juicy and the fries were just right. The chocolate shake was thick. We shared a meal because it was our first time at Culver’s. Would recommend for a quick bite.

My family of 6 tried this new location. First time ever trying Culvers. We were well pleased with the service. We dined in. The food was hot and fresh when we got it. The restaurant itself was a little uncomfortably hot for us for being in the evening. The restrooms were very clean. The Culver’s sauce… I’ve not stopped thinking about it since we left. Better than most restaurant dipping sauces around in my opinion.

Tried the new Culver’s this week for the first time and it did not disappoint! We had a big group and tried pretty much everything on the menu and it was all great! (Burgers, Fish, Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Strips & Cheese Curds ) But what was even better was the service! We will definitely be going back!

Love the Bentonville Culvers. We can get a good tasting meal for a reasonable price from people with an awesome attitude. Seems like a great management team at this branch. Also loving the custard, especially the caramel and peanut butter flavors. There is a great salad for hot days and chili for cold days. What’s not to like?

What a great experience! They actually got our order slightly wrong but the owner/manager Steven saw us checking our receipt and asked us if anything was off. He had the kitchen make a new burger fast and gave us a few tokens for some free ice creams. The customer service was beyond expectation and food was great!
