I tried to place the order online to take advantage of the promotion they had going on today, and it gave me an error. No big deal. I placed my order in person and asked about the promotion. Samantha asked her manager about it and said we were not doing the promotion. No big deal, I ordered food anyway. As I waited for my order, two ladies walked in and asked the same question and Samantha asked her manager again and told them no. Tell me why the manager still did the promotion anyway for them and not me, and I am sitting right there as they are doing it for them. I will never go back to wingstop ever again. That is the worst service I have ever received.

No ac it’s hotter inside than out plus if you deliver for these people expect a 30+ minute wait and being completely ignored for holding a hot ready bag. Our customer already ordered you should give us priority not let customers cut ahead in line to order first. Never delivering for wingstop again.

The young female manager that works at this location is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell she goes above and beyond for the customer’s and the food was delicious, fresh and hot . Not only was she making orders she was calling them out as they were ready and even bringing the orders out to the tables as well. Great customer service, Good Job, great worker, great manager skills.

Lauro was very rude… First customer of the day he didn’t greet walking into the store first thing he said what did u want to order. I looked at him an said Good morning. He said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Professionalism is out the window if you don’t like your job quit. He was on his phone. Touching his face etc, didnt see his hand washed yet. Gonna call FRANCHISE Monday an complain as well.
