So, I placed an order for a simple stuffed cheese bread, drove 15 minutes to get over here and literally like 5-7 minutes after I placed my order the “manager” canceled my order because apparently it was too difficult of an order for him to make for my sick child. I’ve never in my life experienced a rude, inconsiderate manager such as himself. Then he says I should place an order at a different 1 that’s further away. I will definitely be calling corporate office in the morning as well. Absolutely horrible.

I’ve dealt with SO MANY different Dominos in my lifetime (I’m sure as we ALL have) but I must say THIS location has THE BEST customer service I have EVER encountered. From delivery drivers, to food quality, and customer complaints, they are just ON IT! I’m dealing with a really difficult situation (with my family on Maui) right now, and had an issue with an online order, I called and spoke with “Aiden”, he was extremely professional and did everything he could to help me out and really seemed to care about my online problem. After all that, problem was solved and my order is on the way!! Thank you Dominos! (And Aiden!)

The best dominoes ever! The manager is so professional, kind, friendly, remembers frequent customers and their names, and even remembers what they order and remembers that I like the pizza cut all the way through! With this new manager dominoes is now my new 5 star pizza place and I’d never go to another dominoes or any other pizza place.

My girlfriend and I had a very bad experience with one of the employees late at night on a weekend. She went on and submitted a complaint which we both forgot about a day or two later. I got a call from Josh the manager asking if he can make everything right. He walked me through what actions were taken on the employees side and advised me that changes have been made to make sure I don’t get that service or anyone gets that service again. He then gave us some credit we can use on our next order. Thanks again Josh for making everything right!

If i can give them negative i would. A manager called after few minutes from placing the order on the app saying that he doesn’t have drivers for another hour. So I decided to cancel the order. And after 10 seconds i called again, and i spoke to the same manager and asked him if it has been cancelled. He said NO. I told him thats fine and i can wait for another hour and he promised to send me a 2 liter Fanta for the inconvenience. After an hour and a half i called and i found out that my order has been voided and they don’t have an order for me.
