I give this place good size portions. The crab rangoons actually had pieces of crab meat and were pretty tasty. (Umm, so there were 6 rangoons, but 3 of them disappeared before I took this picture, lol) I also posted a picture of the receipt) We’ll be back.

I was skeptical based on previous reviews, but I gave it a shot and I’m so glad that I did! I placed my order in the drive through around 8pm. Customer service was excellent and the staff taking orders was so friendly. I waited less than 7min to collect my order. My food was hot fresh and absolutely worth the visit. I ordered the chicken and shrimp noodle plate and in comparison to other hibachi take out locations, I received much more protein. This will be my staple hibachi takeout restaurant.

Boy this place has changed in a year. Drove 45minutes to see no sushi and price increase. Ok ordered anyway because it was so good! Major word was!!! Staff not very friendly and you have to take Styrofoam cup up for refills. Your food is not delivered to table they call name and it’s in to go boxes. The food is overcooked (chicken and steak) The sauce is not good at all. Im at a loss…what happened to this place???

Not sure what’s happened to this place. It used to be decent but the quality of food has continued to go down hill & after the quality of service I received tonight , I will NOT be back. I was missing a plate and a side of noodles from my order. The “manager” got on the phone and told me I should have checked my bag and I was SOL without a receipt and the food back. I told him that was okay , I’ll bring the entire order and receipt back. Then he pretty much told me no anyways. I could not believe it. Makes it worse that the food we did get, is not good.

Very disappointed! This used to be a good place to get a quick and decent meal at a reasonable price, but I guess not anymore. Maybe we just went on a bad night or our mistake was not doing take out as they seem to give that preferential treatment. They covered up all their prices so you have no idea how much anything is. We waited 45 minutes to get our food and I still had to ask for one item that was left out. The food wasn’t even hot and the condensation inside the lid of the container indicated it had been sitting for awhile so obviously we could have gotten our food quicker. The food quality was okay otherwise and the bathroom was clean or I would be giving a one-star review. The area where you used to be able to refill your drink looked cluttered and junky. We also had to wipe down our own table with napkins and hand sanitizer. Lost me as a customer.

They take their last order at 8:40 p.m. I arrived at drive thru 8:20, they were taking the order from the car ahead of me. When I got to the speaker at 8:25 p.m. they would not take my order saying they were closed. I advised them of the time, and told them I was the last car in line so could they take my order. But they would not. I hate poor customer service. If you’re open until 8:40 p.m. take your last order until 8:40 p.m.

Flavorful and good portion sizes. Perfectly cooked shrimp and shrimp sauce is great. The Japanese spring roll is AMAZING! Service is friendly and fast. Don’t bother calling ahead. You’ll have to sit in line anyways and your food will be cold if you have a lot of cars in front of you.

Have visited on more than one occasion every time I’ve ever ate it was delicious dining area has not been open lately but take out is great last time I ate hibachi chicken and it was great went through the drive-through service was real quick and you’ll get your money’s worth would highly recommended
