I here folks complain about how Firehouse subs prices are too high,— well fast food in general is high but so is grocery store food .l will pay that extra money for my food to be done right and always friendly service no matter how many people with bad attitudes go in and out all day I still get good service good food and I don’t have to pull up and look in my bag and make sure my order is right so I’ll pay it a little bit of extra money no problem when you’re hungry you’re hungry..!!

Ever since they came to town, they to me make the best subs..hands down.. they usually have the same help there when you return and that really matters in the food industry and dealing with the general public..the food is consistent time after time..great place to eat.. I like that they have a few TV’s that show different programs for most all customers enjoyment except for when the Dawgs are on, then your watching them..Go Dawgs… You won’t be disappointed with any aspect of the restaurant..

I got the New York steamer. Corned beef, pastrami, cheese with mustard and mayo. No customers inside, with 3 ladies up front. It took 25 mins to make a sandwich and it was not even made right. It was just several pieces of pastrami, cheese and loads of mayo. Not only that, but the woman kept swiping her hair under her visor with her gloved hand, and then proceeded to put meat in her mouth in the middle of making my sandwich. I could have coped with a wrongly made sandwich, but watching her do that and touch the food made my skin crawl. $10.25 for something that went into the trash, becausethat is 100% unsanitary. I won’t be back.
