Ordered 4 pizzas yesterday @8:00 pm for dinner left a $9 tip for the driver and the email said 1 hour and it will be delivered it’s was currently now 9:40 PM 20 mins before they close we called them at least 10 times no answer called corporate no answer now its 9:55 PM 5 mins before they close called them 10 times again no answer. Waited until Midnight to see if our pizza will get here at some point. NEVER RECEIVED OUR PIZZA!!! never ordering from here again this has never happened to us ever before we always order Rosati’s when we get pizza and it always would get delivered on time and it’s delicious but what happened yesterday was ridiculous. I don’t know if they’re just having a bad week or something but they need to figure there stuff out because I’m our whole life of ordering from this Rosati’s this has never happened to us.

I give rossatis in coal city 1 star because I ordered 2 large pizzas. If there were 10 pieces of pepperoni total on both pizzas I would be surprised. Also all the ingredients were in center of the pizza. The rest of the pizza was dry. I paid 50.00 dollars for that garbage which most went into the garbage.what a ripoff. Won’t go back.

Order a pizza it took them almost 2 hours to deliver it and it was cold and the cheese tasted funny. When I call them about it the man told me there nothing they can do.that the last pizza I will Order from them.and not to mention the price for delivery omg12 dollars come on if I knew that I would of went to Domino’s at least there pizza tast good.

If you want a place that has employees who sound like they would rather be anywhere but there, fight with you when you call to tell them about toppings you requested on food that aren’t there, and on a good day produce food that on a good day is mediocre at best… , (and they seldom have good days) This is your place. In short don’t waste your time or money. Never again.

This is the third time I’ve ordered, also the third time I’ve been dissatisfied. The other local Rosati’s locations have never been a problem. In fact, I’ve always loved them. The Coal City location is a joke. Ordered once for delivery and apparently my delivery was “forgotten about”. When I asked if they could still deliver an hour after the estimated delivery time, I was told that all the drivers were sent home. Second time, I got someone else’s pizza. This time, I was told 15 minutes for pickup. It was 35 before I got my food and got home to a completely messed up order. Got the sandwiches but nothing was right about them. When I called to complain, the man on the other end decided to yell at me. Spend your money elsewhere people. I give it one star because google wont allow me to give ZERO
