Alexina, the staff, was really lovely and polite… On top of everything else that was fantastic at this restaurant, the sweet and spicy bone in wings were delicious with the seasoned fries and toast. The dining space was clean, and the person that worked there was really kind and friendly! I would strongly suggest this Zaxby’s to everyone!

Zaxby’s is one of those places that grows on you. After awhile, it’s one of your regular stops for lunch. Their toast is so good, and the spices on the french fries are fun. The chicken has plenty of breading, and is salty and hot from the fryer. Usually a bit too hot at first- it’s better to nosh on a few fries and give it time to cool down. The staff here are fast and efficient. Many are friendly and like a little chat. There’s a super Coke machine to mix your own drink and local memorabilia from Southeastern, etc. on the walls. The manager at this establishment is absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever met. Seems like she has a huge chip on her shoulder. Our food was terrible. The chicken was old, hard, and drenched in sauce. The three – five fries they gave us were soggy and under cooked. I could go on but…Naturally, one would want this to be rectified. However, the manager came out on her broom and ensured that this was my last time patronizing her establishment. Instead of fixing the problem she wanted to argue with me about me being wrong. That’s cool. I have no problem going to spend my money where my family is respected and appreciated. Do better Zaxby’s!

Stopped in for lunch while traveling and as usual, everything was great. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Our food was ready quickly and was very tasty. I got the Spicy Signature Sandwich with fries and my wife got the 5 Finger Plate and a garden salad. Everything was on point.

The food and service was absolutely perfect. I’ve been a lover of Zaxbys for a while and this store and especially the management is amazing. Jessica the general manager had an amazing and nice attitude and if there was a problem I had she always made sure it was well taken care of. She has always been so nice to the customers I see and is just an amazing person. Overall this establishment is just 10 out of 10 and I recommend this Zaxbys to everybody.
