This taco bell sucks. The staff are rude and don’t know how to make food at all. Just look at the pitiful amount of sauce on my spicy potato taco (this one had the most of the ones I ordered) and my Baja blast tasted like floor cleaner. Go to literally any other taco bell in Denton.

i don’t always except much when it comes to service at a fast food restaurant, but the managers at this location need to really double check when it comes to hiring these idiots. i’m a very nice person and i’m always polite especially when it comes to customer service. i went back around the drive through so i can get my CORRECT order, and the idiot at the window had the audacity to try and argue with me lol. like dude… i have the receipts right in front of your face. why do i need to tell you how to do your job. this was around 1:15am.

They’re never cordial or happy they pretty much never get our orders right. There’s always something missing. I called one time about something on our orders being right, and the manager cussed me out. I spoke firmly to her, but I never cussed at her because I personally don’t cuss. So I felt very disrespected, but I did apologize to her for raising my voice, but she never apologized. I raised my voice because I was tired of the treatment because they acted like I was lying when I told them that’s not what I ordered. I very seldom go there because it’s so frustrating. I try to go to others instead, even though this is closest to my house.

Tired of going places and folks stare at you at the counter like you don’t belong. Then proceeded to the drive through. Management needs to step in. Everyone should be greeted and treated like they are coming to spend their hard earned money.

This location is terrible every time I go there they mess up my order and when I ask them nicely about missing items they always say something rude and say that I never asked for any of those things. Not to mention there was a time in the drive-thru when I asked the employee for food and they responded with can you just wait a minute. I said wow that was rude and they started cussing me out over the mic. Go to the Taco Bell by 377 it’s way better avoid this like the plague.

Ordered online. Walked in and told the girl I’m waiting on a pick up order and gave my name. In the app it said it was complete so I went to counter and got ignore for 5 min so assumed wasn’t done so I sat back down. Half an hour later I catch an employee walking in. He asked if I been helped I gave my name he went to check. Someone comes out and says my order been sitting there the whole time, yet not one person called my name or even bothered to wonder why was sitting there so long. Food is 100% cold. Asked manager if I was at correct address being I’m not from here and he looked at my like I had 5 heads. Will never come back to this location again

Placed an online order, came to pick it up and no one answered the speaker after sitting for around 5 minutes. I tried to go in the lobby (this was well after 8am when they open), and both doors were locked. I called and spoke with a man who said he had the headset on, no one had been in the drive thru, and the lobby doors were unlocked. I told him I sat at the speaker for multiple minutes, then parked and tried the doors soon after which were both locked, and he disagreed. I told him I was cancelling the order and then I saw him walk into the lobby, look outside, and walk back to the back of the store. He did not unlock the doors at that time either.
