The last 3 times I’ve visited this restaurant, they’ve messed up my order in one way shape or form. The most recent visit we were given someone else’s order, didn’t realize until we got home, went back to resolve, were again handed an incorrect order, had to go back a THIRD time for them to finally get it right. If I was the GM/owner of this store, I’d be living there until I was confident my employees could properly serve our customers. Sad that all of the reviews point to bad management going back years and seemingly nothing is being done to correct the issue

I have worked at arbys before and I know that this is a batch of mozzarella sticks that has been sitting out for AWHILE . The fact that they were not busy and still handed me these nasty soppy wet greasy mozzarella sticks is ridiculous.

Had a #2. Double beef sandwich! Wow! It’s been quite a while since I have gone into an Arby’s. It was very good! Fries were fresh and hot! Wife had chicken tenders with fries. Both were very good and fresh! Definitely will be back to an Arby’s soon! A little pricey but good!

Gyros were sopping wet with grease, no sauce on them, and wrapped upside down so you had to spill everything out to unwrap it. One order of fries were cold and the other (just out of the fryer) had hairs in them. Drink was warm with no ice. Long wait. Never returning

Needed a cold drink and wanted to try the new fish. The lady that took our order was scatter brained and confusing. Our food was way too expensive for what it was.
