No one was available to work as a cashier when I entered inside. I waited for a moment before 3 people came in and logged onto 1 register, presumably to start their shifts. My crunchwrap supreme was not closed in the middle. Restraunt was clean and stocked, food tasted okay, but not like Taco Bell quality.

Bathrooms are cleaned every 30 minutes. The dining area was very clean and nice. They brought our food to us so we didn’t need to pick from the counter. All the employees were very nice. The food was fresh.

We were here today, Wednesday 1pm. The people at the window are sooo nice, every time i see them they have an inviting smile on their faces.. and the food was great! It makes us like coming back. I can’t say the same for other places who seem to hate their life. I wish i got their names!

I have a 30 minute lunch break, nacho fries are back so I new what I was having for lunch… Or thought I was. the nacho fries were basically empty, taco was smashed and burrito was cold.. .hell all of it is cold I won’t be coming back to this taco bell save yourself and go to the McDonald’s in the same parking lot… And I hate McDonald’s

My wife and I went to the Taco Bell located in the Plaza near Estrella Parkway and Elliott in Goodyear. We frequent this establishment often. When we entered to order, a self priclaimed Manager asked if we were resdy to order. When we said yes, the proclaimed Manger directed us to their kioscos and told us that we had to order from that. My wife asked if we could just order from the counter to which she said, no. Her tone was totally unprofessional and dismissive. We walked over, looked at it and decided to go somewhere else. The proclaimed manager’s attitude and the fact forcing us to use a system that we never had to before was the deciding factor to leave. Before walking out my wife asked when the kioscos process began The proclaimed manager repied that it’s always been that way, which is an outright lie!!! We were there recently and order at the counter as usual. She just repied ok, have a good evening and walked away. We told that her Manger would be called and she replied, you do that. The whole encounter was totally unacceptable. We will not be dining there again anytime soon.
