Every time I go to this store in Blountville, I have issues. They never package or label anything the way that they’re supposed to. They have left food out of our order twice now and looked at me like I’m crazy because I can’t read their mind on how a taco labeled special that isn’t really special is normal. I do not recommend this place. Always having trouble.

I had ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with no spicy ranch and a beef chalupa with no sour cream. Both items had the things I requested off them on them. I ordered these around 12:30am. Called at exactly 1:15am. A crew member answers the phone I explain what has happened really nicely. She then says let me give the phone to my manager. And few seconds later the phone hung up. I tried to call back no answer. I gave it a minute and I tried to call back. And the call won’t go through as they unplugged the phone. This is not the only time this has happened to me or my family. I worked in fast food for the past 3 years. It’s not hard to write a name in the book to get it the next day.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They need to find some new employees! Every time I’ve been there I have a terrible experience. I’d be embarrassed to have employees like that working for my company. For the nicest Taco Bell in the Tri-Cities it’s truly the worst. Very disappointing don’t waste your money there!

They’re always very friendly at the speaker, but rude at the window. I’ve been twice and both times, there has been cold food. I also ordered a large frozen beverage and was charged for a large, but received a small. Not saying it’s an expensive place to eat, but for what you pay, it’s nice to have fresh and consistent food.
