Not the donut shop of old. Those are not apple fritters. No. Gone are the days of walking into the donut shop in the morning with a choice to buy day old, or freshly made. They are all day old now. Too bad. They had a competitive reputation to Winchell’s at one time. No good.

This location is terrible! The staff is rude, and concerned with chatting with each other than taking care of customers. We ordered five donuts, all we’re placed face down in a bag and stuck together. The drinks we ordered were not made the way advertised. I had to ask for whip cream and the staff member told me the drink never comes with whip cream. I told her I never had to ask before, it just comes that way and she rolled her eyes at me and talked about us to other staff while we were waiting for her to add whip cream. I know it’s difficult to find staff right now but as an owner you have to decide if losing customers is more important than losing staff.

I tried to order an Apple fritter, coffee roll, munchkins, and a sandwich on a croissant. They were out of everything I tried to order. I settled on an English muffin and a sourdough sandwich with hash browns. The sourdough was so hard I could not bite through it. The hash browns were soggy and broken I couldn’t even pick it up to eat. Both sandwiches were cold and did not taste good at all. The people working were very nice but, the food was horrible. They also forgot a sandwich and I had to go in to get it. I threw it all away. I am upset I wasted my money. I will not be wasting anymore money here.

I’ve been going to the ken pratt dunkin for years. Even wrote a great review before. I have completely stopped going now. My coffee has either been wrong or SO blended that it just pretty much turns into chocolate milk, I always get a breakfast sandwich and the bread is either burnt or HARD to where I literally can’t bite through it. I’ve also witness SEVERAL times employess having full blown arguments in front of the drive through window. I used to love going there because everyone was so friendly and I never had an issue but I don’t ever plan on going back, not to that one at least.

This location has really gone downhill. Just left there and discovered that the three coffee products I bought were only 2/3rds full. The last time I was there, they forgot to put the caramel, in the caramel macchiato and for some reason, thought putting an overdose of Splenda in wife’s coffee was funny to them. Avoid at all costs.
