This place was something I was looking for! I wanted authentic Cajun food and I got it here. The place is clean, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious!!! I have saved this restaurant to come back to when I’m in the area. If you drive a truck they have a nice sized lot that’s easy to pull in and out of. Just don’t trash the place. I had a seafood loaded baked potato, boiled shrimp, alligator balls, and a slice of pecan pie and everything was excellent! They know how to season food and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend you stopping by and trying it out!!!

Place was nice and clean, food was tasty and seasoned just right. I was especially overjoyed when I taste the crawfish..it didn’t have that muddy grity taste .There is plenty of parking even for tractor-trailers. Service was fast and friendly. Very warm welcoming family friendly atmosphere. I will certainly eat there again.

10/10 recommend! Read a few good reviews online so we decided to stop and check it out on our way back to Texas. Service was great and the food was amazing! Large portions on adult and kid menu items. We had the seafood stuffed baked potato, gumbo dinner, garlic shrimp pasta and fried crawfish from the kid’s menu. No complaints at all.

Excellent food and service! We are from Texas, spent the weekend in Baton Rouge and stopped here on the way home, had the savvy burger and hamburger steak… hands down best meal of the entire trip! Great hospitality and down home atmosphere made the entire experience fantastic! You won’t be disappointed, and the prices are very fair! The iced tea is great too!

Reminded me of a Mom and Pops restaurant. I had the super seafood platter. It was awesome. They are not skimpy on the food. I had enough leftover for lunch and supper the next day! The service was wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive but not overbearing. I will definitely go back!

Wonderful food and the most EXCELLENT service by Aaliyah! My husband approved of the Red Beans & Rice with Sausage, offspring had a kids meal of some of the biggest, freshest, juiciest chicken tenders I’ve ever had (I had to help put it away of course). I had a garden salad with their delicious, homemade ranch dressing. Amazing food! Friendly service! Very clean restaurant & restrooms!

My Husband and I think that the food is very flavorful! Also, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. If you visit this place, we recommend that you try the catfish and shrimp plate; as well as the seafood gumbo with the pink lemonade and fruit punch as the beverages.

Finally decided to try something New with a different comfortable environment, well what a bad decision this place was of choice. Food Horrible, Service Horrible, The Time limit for your food will be 45 mins to a hour, Environment seems kinda well I will keep those words to myself.
